1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Stellar X CV storefront, purchasing a product, activating a key, or using any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and any additional store rules or security notices made available to you.

2. No Refunds and Payment Finality

All sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that Stellar X CV products are digital goods and that access, licensing, instructions, or delivery may be issued immediately after payment. Refunds, reversals, disputes, or chargebacks initiated in bad faith may result in account action, access termination, blacklist status, or refusal of future service.

3. Key Ownership and License Restrictions

Keys, licenses, subscriptions, and account-linked access are licensed solely to the original purchaser unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. You may not transfer, share, lease, lend, resell, gift, sublicense, or otherwise distribute access to any Stellar X CV product or service. Any violation may result in immediate revocation without refund.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in harassment, spam, abuse, disruptive conduct, fraudulent behavior, impersonation, or any conduct that interferes with the operation of the service or the experience of other users. Staff directions and enforcement decisions are final except where otherwise required by applicable law.

You may not advertise or promote competing software, competing services, other servers, or third-party offers through Stellar X CV support spaces, storefront channels, usernames, bios, direct messages, or related community surfaces without prior written permission.

5. Anti-Tamper, Reverse Engineering, and Security

Stellar X CV maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward cracking, bypassing, reverse engineering, decompiling, tampering, injecting, hooking, extracting methods from, redistributing, or otherwise attempting to interfere with protected software, licensing, or integrity controls. Any suspected tampering or abuse may result in immediate enforcement, including key revocation, service termination, hardware blacklist action, or permanent denial of future access, without refund.

6. Right to Suspend or Revoke Access

We reserve the right to deny, suspend, limit, or revoke access to Stellar X CV products or services at any time where we reasonably determine that abuse, fraud, tampering, policy evasion, payment risk, security threats, or other violations have occurred or are likely to occur.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellar X CV products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every environment, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms become effective when posted. Continued use of Stellar X CV after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
