Refund Policy

Stellar X CV licenses, keys, subscriptions, and other digital goods are sold on a final-sale basis. Review this policy before purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Stellar X CV products, licenses, keys, software access, and other digital goods are sold on a strict final-sale basis. By purchasing, activating, downloading, or using Stellar X CV, you agree that all sales are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Refund Exclusions and Chargeback Abuse

We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, reversals, credits, or billing adjustments for digital products, delivered keys, activated licenses, subscription time already started, compatibility misunderstandings, user error, or changes of mind. Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks initiated after valid delivery may result in immediate account action, permanent blacklist status, and refusal of future service.

3. Delivery, Activation, and Access

Once a key, license, or other digital access has been issued or made available for your order, the transaction is considered fulfilled for refund purposes. Delivery to the purchase email is sufficient to classify the order as delivered.

4. Policy Violations Do Not Create Refund Rights

Refunds will not be issued if access is restricted, suspended, or revoked for policy violations including key sharing, reselling, abuse, harassment, reverse engineering, tampering, or redistribution of software.

5. Anti-Tamper and Security Enforcement

Stellar X CV maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any attempt to crack, bypass, reverse engineer, hook into, or manipulate protected software. Attempting to tamper with Stellar X CV may result in immediate automated license termination, permanent hardware blacklist status, and permanent loss of access without refund.

6. Support Before Disputes

If you believe there is a delivery error, contact official Stellar X CV support via Discord first. Filing a payment dispute before giving support a reasonable opportunity to review a delivery issue may be treated as a policy violation.

7. Final Interpretation

Stellar X CV reserves the right to interpret, apply, and enforce this Refund Policy in its sole discretion. This Refund Policy supplements the Stellar X CV Terms of Service.
